Samantha Fletcher, RCC
I am a registered clinical counsellor with an integrative, person-centered approach to mental health. My work blends evidence-based therapeutic modalities with a deep commitment to self-knowledge and -acceptance, collaboration, and holistic well-being. With a focus on both individual growth and systemic change, I support clients in navigating challenges while creating systems and environments that align with and support their unique needs and goals.

With a deep commitment to neurodivergent-affirming and inclusive care, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience with neurodivergence to my practice. My approach is strengths-based and non-pathologizing; I meet each individual where they are with curiosity, acceptance, and warmth. My goal is to create and maintain safe space where all of you is welcome, and where your inherent abilities and unique perspectives are respected.

Over two decades of experience in arts and alternative education inform my counselling approaches and practice. This creative and innovative foundation helps me think outside of the box. I draw on a range of creative practices and therapeutic modalities while developing individualized therapeutic plans that meet each client's unique needs, and support the development of self-awareness, emotional regulation, authentic communication, and self-care.

In my private practice, I offer virtual counselling sessions for individuals and couples. I support clients as they navigate anxiety, stress, burnout, sensory processing differences, life transitions, relationship challenges, and neurodivergent identity. While I work with a diverse range of individuals and issues within my practice, I have developed two distinctive yet complimentary areas of specialization:

Neurodivergent-Affirming and Inclusive Therapy and Support Services
Voice and Communication Arts Therapy

In addition to my therapy practice, I facilitate therapeutic groups, workshops, and offer consultation services for organizations and professionals seeking to build more inclusive, neurodivergent-affirming spaces.
